Damage, destruction, disability and death all need to be addressed, as well as retirement and long term financial goals.  The best client is an informed client. However, very rarely are all the choices offered or the larger picture explained to the client. With the advent of the Internet and the expansion of insurance and financial product offerings by banks, credit card companies and even retail stores, there has been a diminution of knowledgable personal service with an increased focus on the lowest common denominator of price. Although price is certainly a consideration it should not be the sole factor in making a judgment concerning companies, coverages and products.
